Shipping and Returns Policy

Every garment/accessory is made and dyed individually by hand using natural and organic (unless stated otherwise), therefore, unique characteristics and variations are to be expected. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please get in touch with me immediately within 14 days upon receiving your order for Australian buyers (30 days for international orders). Items to be returned must be in original condition (unworn with tags attached) as received. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

The returned items will be inspected once received and an exchange or refund will be provided. Please note that I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges if the 14 days (or 30 days for international customers) policy has lapsed. 

International customers are responsible for their country’s customs duties and import fees.

All parcels will be sent via Australia Post with a tracking number. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Once it’s handled by Australia Post, I cannot take responsibility for missing or late parcels. Please note that shipping time may vary depending on your location and time of the year. 

Pick up: You are welcome to pick up your order from Store@Fib, 19 Blinco St Fremantle. The opening times are Wed to Sunday, 9am to 3pm. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be collected. 

For artwork purchases, a customised shipping and handling fee will be provided. Artwork can also be collected from Store@Fib as above.
